Asus X550L Driver Download
Download Asus X550L Drivers Notebook. The Asus X550L laptop is fast, enough for office, video and internet! Not anymore, because the Intel UHD graphics mean it cannot keep up with an extra graphics card! Everything runs very smoothly and you get a pure Windows from MemoryPC, without any manufacturer frills (bloatware).
What irritates me a little is that Memory PC installs the Windows system and checks whether it works, then creates a user named "USER" and you get to this account the first time you switch it on. You cannot access the initial installation settings for Windows but are immediately logged on with the name User.
I then reset this system to factory settings via the control panel (settings) and set up the system again! The fact that you get a pure Windows without bloatware is of course very nice and even if, as in this case, all additional keys "Fn keys" work.
The only thing I had to install afterwards was the driver for my own ASUS audio hardware! What others see here as dubious business practice is not so bad at all, the notebook is checked and the manufacturer's Windows version is replaced by a Pro version, which I welcome very much, only I reset the notebook to the factory settings immediately because I does not know what the dealer set here when setting up Windows. I have a Shinobee notebook myself, it is also very good and was just as prepared as this one from MemoryPC.
Pure Windows but created in advance with a user. But I didn't care, because I immediately installed OpenSuSE Linux on it and removed Windows.
Yes, this Asus X550L is my first laptop, always had a large PC before. Due to a lack of space he had to give way and so this darling came to me. In terms of the set-up, everything worked very well and without complications. Asus X550L is very comfortable typing and writes nicely (different from my PC in terms of feel). Battery normal, WLAN connection was no problem. It hums quietly when used for a long time, but this seems normal. The ventilation only bothers me when playing audio, but I also have very sensitive ears that can hear every minimal noise.
